Frank Armstrong
Frank Armstrong holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Queensland and a Bachelor of Arts and a Diploma in Education from Melbourne University. He also holds a Diploma in Finance Broking and Mortgage Management.
He has had seven years in the ANZ Banking Group Limited and 8 years as Lending Manager with Equititrust Merchant Bank, two years as a property specialist with Fish Developments Pty Ltd (amalgamations and leasing) and two and a half years with Tricom Capital Mortgage Fund as a Fund Manager.
He has had six years as Member and Chairman of the Compliance Committee for the Barkworth Group of Companies, a Managed Investment Scheme in the Agricultural sector. He holds a current Real Estate Licence in Queensland.
Frank is RG 146 compliant, has 20 years experience in the mortgage funds management arena with experience across the full spectrum of the business.
Graham McClymont
Graham has worked in the managed investment industry at a senior level for over 20 years with involvement in over 30 managed investment schemes.
Graham has held positions with a number of Australian Financial Service Licensees as director, responsible manager, compliance officer and compliance committee member. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from The University of Queensland and also holds qualifications in Financial Planning Principles and Practice from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.
Graham is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
John Haley
John is a Chartered Accountant (Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants) with 30 years of experience in accounting and general management in public practice and with listed and unlisted companies. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Queensland.
Otto Heinrich Wilhelm
Otto Wilhelm joined the ACCL Board in 2015 due to his extensive business experience across multi-site petrol stations, hotels and property development.
As an icon in the Qld hotel industry, Otto currently owns and is actively engaged in three BP petrol stations, one Puma petrol station, and three hotels including the Normanby, Red Hill and Raffles Hotels (Rockhampton).
Otto has extensive experience developing child care centres, subdivisions and small commercial developments, with the ACCL board pleased to welcome him to the group as a company director.
